What therapeutic techniques do you use?
We use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, selecting techniques based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences. There is no one-size-fits-all method—your therapist will tailor treatment using approaches that best support your growth and healing.
Will I have to do anything I'm uncomfortable with?
No. Therapy is always a collaborative process. Your therapist will explain any techniques they recommend, answer your questions, and work at a pace that feels appropriate for you. You are encouraged to share feedback throughout your care.
What if a particular technique isn't helping?
Your therapy should adapt as your needs evolve. If a specific approach isn't producing the results you're looking for, we'll discuss what's working, make adjustments, and explore other evidence-based techniques to better support your progress.
Note:
Every person is different, and so is every therapy experience. Our clinicians use evidence-based techniques with flexibility, compassion, and collaboration to provide care that's personalized to you—not a predetermined method.
