More info
How will we know if therapy is working?
Throughout your care, we'll regularly review your progress toward the goals we've established together. We'll discuss what's improving, what's still challenging, and celebrate meaningful milestones while making adjustments as needed.
What happens if I feel like I'm not making progress?
Progress isn't always linear, and periods of feeling "stuck" are a normal part of the therapeutic process. If that happens, we'll openly discuss your experience, explore what's contributing to those challenges, and modify your treatment approach to better support your needs.
Will my therapist continue to check in on my goals over time?
Yes. Ongoing evaluation is an important part of quality mental health care. Your therapist will routinely revisit your goals, assess your progress, and collaborate with you to ensure your treatment continues to align with your evolving needs and priorities.
Note:
Effective therapy isn't just about showing up—it's about continuously evaluating what's working, making thoughtful adjustments, and ensuring your care remains aligned with your goals. Your progress is our priority, and we're committed to supporting you every step of the way.
